Change.

Change. Over the past year, all of us have experienced a lot of change. Whether that has been learning how to work 100% remote, sharing a small space with our families, or continuing to motivate and inspire those around us through all this uncertainty.

Change is never easy no matter what we tell ourselves to make it easier. Today I will be changing companies and starting a new role at SalesLoft, leading their Enterprise Sales Engineering team. I wanted to thank all of those that have been part of my journey over the past 4+ years at Conga. When I first started, I had never led a global team and over the years we were able to take a small group of amazing and committed individuals and grow them to a global team that focused on getting 1% better each day. I am so proud of the progress we made and look forward to seeing the team continue to grow, develop, and succeed.

As Margaret Mead said “never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” I hope that this new group of amazing and committed individuals at SalesLoft will help continue to change the lives of our prospects, customers, and all those around us by improving the buying experience and getting 1% better each day. #change #team #leadership #1%
