It's Hard Leading

It's hard leading a team at times as you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. You are constantly thinking about each of the people on your team, asking yourself if you are doing everything you can to make them successful. It's also very rewarding as you see these same people you care about so deeply continue to grow and develop and become better professionals and better people. Sometimes you are not sure if you are on the right path, you have to make really tough decisions that affect these same people. And every now and again you will hear that what you are doing is making them successful, that they appreciate your leadership, vision, support, and recognition and that you are making a positive difference in their lives. Remember these positive moments when you are struggling through a tough period, when you are feeling discouraged, and when you need to remind yourself that what you are doing day in and day out is making a difference
